How do I access my courses on the site?
Simply login to the site as normal. Go to the ‘members’ section . From there, go to ‘members resources‘ and there you can locate your courses and course materials. You can also access your monthly membership lessons under ‘monthly members‘.
Can I download the videos?
Unfortunately, you cannot download the videos. However, if you purchased a particular course, you maintain lifetime access as long as you have your username and password.
Is the monthly membership lessons for beginners?
Our recommendation is that you at least know the basics before starting the monthly membership lessons. If you do not know the basics we do offer a beginner course called Beginner Bassics.
How long will it take me to learn bass?
That is a somewhat difficult question. Just to get you started with the basics, we’ve created a beginner course ‘Beginner Bassics‘. According to the course, if you put in the work and the time you should be up and running within about five weeks.
As it relates to moving through each level of playing i.e. beginner, intermediate, and advanced, that all depends on you.
It’s completely based on your ability to learn and process. Each person is different. Some people learn faster than others. You have to learn what works for you along the way. Just remember it’s a process, and all processes take time.

Is pricing monthly or annual?
We have multiple payment options. Depending on the product you purchase, the payment option will be shown to you prior to checkout.
What types of payment do you accept?
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card. We only accept payments online, which allows you to access the necessary files and support site immediately after purchase.
Can I upgrade my membership account at a later date?
Yes. You can upgrade to another membership at anytime. Just send an email to je******@************an.net for support.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes! We will be happy to issue a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase should you decide that jermainemorgan.net does not meet your learning needs.

We do not offer free trials. However, Jermaine has tons of free YouTube bass lessons. You can see if his style of teaching is a good fit for you.
